them find the sellers. I should let them negotiate the deal,
put it under contract, and hand it over to the title
company.
Then I can sweep in and buy it from the investor, fix it up,
sell it, and make the big bucks! Ah, wouldn't that be nice?
Actually, it is nice. Very
nice! And it has become a reality for me and the many
investors who have successfully bought houses from these
other investors.
These other investors are called
"Wholesalers".
A "Wholesaler" is an
investor who does all of the dirty work of getting a house
( such as Foreclosures ) under contract to buy and then sells the property to you "as
is" for a little more than he or she is paying.
Thank goodness for Wholesalers. They make life easier for
all of us!
But not
everyone was "networked" to
this group of Wholesalers, so
not everyone profited...
That's because Wholesale deals were not listed in one
