These other investors are called "Wholesalers".

A "Wholesaler" is an investor who does all of the dirty work of getting a house ( such as Foreclosures ) under contract to buy and then sells the property to you "as is" for a little more than he or she is paying.

Thank goodness for Wholesalers. They make life easier for all of us!


But not everyone was "networked" to this group of Wholesalers, so not everyone profited...
